Fitness apprentices in Salford have been boosted after securing extra work and confirmed casual appointments once they have completed their apprenticeship.
Dave Floyd, director at FLM Training said, “an apprenticeship is like any qualification, it is great providing it leads to work! The number of people using the fitness industry is on the increase as are employment opportunities and we are delighted to have secured these opportunities for so many of our apprentices.
“At FLM we strive for every one of our apprentices to have secured further work by the time they finish their qualification with us.”
David Leach, apprentice at Fit City Eccles said, “I can’t thank FLM Training enough for helping provide me with the knowledge and skills required to succeed in the fitness industry. I have and continue to really enjoy my apprenticeship and a lot of this is down to FLM and the excellent training they provide.”
An apprenticeship is a great way to earn while you learn, you can achieve nationally recognised qualifications and develop a range of essential skills all whilst working in employment and receiving a weekly wage.
Apprenticeships are also a great way for a company to take on employees who will learn from experienced members of staff and undergo training tailored to suit the needs of the individual and employer.
FLM Training has a wide range of experience of working with employers and individuals and provide expert one to one help every step of the way.
